In loving memory of Jeffrey Hammond Long.

Jeffrey was the finest of young men. He was selfless, community-oriented, and truly beloved by all who knew him. All race donations will be directed to the Jeffrey Hammond Long Scholarship Fund, ensuring that his example will be shared with the children of Waterside forever.
