On Friday, April 8, Waterside’s seventeen fifth grade students revealed their next schools at a special morning assembly. Similar to “College Signing Day,” when students who have made their college choices sign college acceptance letters in front of their peers, “Reveal Day” gave the soon-to-be graduates an opportunity to celebrate their years of hard work and to inspire their younger peers. The fifth graders, who have shown tremendous resilience and strength of character during these past two years, will matriculate at the finest independent schools in the area, all with scholarships.
